Hello, is there any way how to live stream in webpage if I don't have access to ISP's router and hence I can't setup port forwarding? Many thanks

Hi, setup is like this: (ISP router)-------(Local louter)------(Webcam) router belong to ISP and communication is sometimes difficult, that's why I' looking for some alternative, 4example like hikvision mobile app, which works without need to port forward or whatever....I need to embed into website of course thanks.
