Someone just purchased 3 16 channel, 1 TB Samsung DVRs. The installers came, installed cameras, ran cable, got a static IP from me, then gave me everything but software.
Apparently they are only letting us install software on 5 computers, and they keep the CDs.
Does Samsung's SmartViewer 2.0 normally come with the Samsung 2162 DVRs, and we just made a really bad deal? Or is that software separate.
If it is included, I'm hoping it shouldn't be hard to call the company on it, or at least consider it a lesson learned in researching before hiring a consultant.
