I am facing a problem with one of my XM3116 that i am unable to connect to it using the remote software all thou there are not IT related problems such as firewall, configurations or port it just not allowing connection and it display Fail to connect. anyone has the upgrade firmware image for this type of DVR?

I have Win4Net XM5016 arround 5 numbers of them, and i am facing a new problem with those that the cameras doesnt show on the monitor such as from 1 to 8 or from 9 to 16, even if i installed new firmware its facing the same issue and which i troubleshooted and assumed its from the capture card. any information on how to fix this?

I am having a problem in KSR816 DVR it boots up and shows on screen processing but after a while the system shuts down and re-power in few seconds and get back to the same status, but when i got a chance to get into the menu i initiated a format for the hard disks and now it restarts and says the hard disk needs to be formatted again and it will restart continiously asking the same thing if i pressed yes. is there any firmware upgrade for it available that can be downloaded on the dvr in case there is a corruption in the DVR i will really apreciate a fast help thanks
