I have a Zeus 400, I have the exact same issues. I can connect via my home LAN and view the cameras without issue, however attempting to connect via the internet at my parents house it will not work. I have tried using my home internet IP address gained by the shields up website, yet no joy when using that IP from my parents house. Maybe the Zeus will only work via LAN? Hopefully you experts on this forum can help us out please? I have no manual, and have been unable to find one for my unit via the net Any help much appreciated
