I can't see the CCTV cameras on Video Viwer of in my browser. I have an AVtech H.264 DVR. I have Video Viewr installed. Opening up Video Viewer I can hear the sound but can't see the CCTV images. I can also select cameras etc in Video viewer. I can also access the DVR over the net but still can't see any footage? Can anyone throw some light on the matter please?

My DVR is model 3 without the USB port. My problem is; all of a sudden I am unable to back up any footage. It says after 16% "Download File Path is Invalid" I'm not a novice when it comes to PC's and know how to assign file paths. It use to work fine, merrily downloading to my backup folder, when now it comes up with the error about the file path. Please advise.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I am using server E I've re-installed server E software and also tried to re-assign my path to the root of C: but still doesn't like it.

Running an AVtech 4CH DVR. Working great for two years downloading snapshots of cctv footage etc. However, tried to download some cctv footage the other day to my pc's hard drive and it came up with 'Download File Path Invalid' I've not changed anything and I even tried to download to another file path. I still can see my cameras in the control panel so i know i still have a connection from my dvr to pc. Any ideas?
