Hi, does anyone know how to get this DVR to control this ptz, I think I am loosing my mind! I have tried almost everthing ( I think anyway) but obviousley I am not doing something right. The DVR has RS485 Tx-, Tx+, Rx-, Rx+ and I have connected the ptz Rs485 A to Tx+ and B to Tx-, the baud is set to 9600, N,1, 8 and the protocol I have tried several including DennardDome and the addr as per the ptz is 240 but everytime the ptz is powered up it says Den Panel 4.0 and waiting for host then starts initialising the servos and then goes in to some sort of preset cruising mode (ie from memory as this happens weather the rs485 is connected or not. Can someone please identify my errors, all help will be mvery much appreciated
