I am a Newbie and have a Q. Can a Web cam that tracks faces be used on my CCTV system as a door cam? I like the face tracking option and its a 1.3 megapixel cam for 80 bucks. The face tracking feature should spook most criminals who are casing a joint for invasion. I want them to see the cam tracking them. Thx folks. Davis

I got my answer and a lot of friendly chiding.. Ok, I'll be the goat, but, WHAT ARE TAPES?? I do have a nice professional installed system, well planned and records to a offsite dvr. I like it. One thing though, my vandal armored unit on my barn took only one shotgun blast and that was it. Seems a 10 year old farm boy was just out hunting cameras. Police report reads- no investigation warranted. Thanks guys Davis
