Most times I buy refurb., especially if warranty comes from manufacture. This wireless notebook I am on...I saved 600 bucks!!! HP baby-17 inch! -

I know it's all the same "base" but eclipse tweaked it the best so far. -
RG59 from Home Depot good enough?
DataAve replied to G22's topic in Installation Help and Accessories
Rory, they (the competition) wouldn't know how to handle one if they come across it. I can hear them now, must be some new fangled connector? -

Advertizing your website is not a "cheap plug". In fact, put it in your sig. -
Nuvico and VITEK are the same. They are not camera companies. Stick with brand names that specialize in cameras. Rory can explain better than I, what to use...he is "edge-em-a-cated" in this field. He is a walking cctv system

Pirated? I believe that is against the law. I think they meant Kodicom knock-off.

You will get a lot of interference in those ranges.

I use 2, a 7 dbi omni-directional magnetic and a 5 dbi paddle, also omni. Gets all the signals I need in NYC.

Anyone ever hear of them? I have to put a few in 5 units next few weeks. Going to be a crash course on them. I understand these are what the Port Authority uses. http://www.lenel.com/onguard/video_LNVR.htm

I know. My bud has his work vehicle all set up this way (with a Yagi).

I doubt if all 3 connectors are bad (unless you used the Island Twist-Ons, but it is a good idea to tape the connections, especially if in a ceiling. Plug a drill (or something with a draw) on that same circuit and run it a few times-if it causes that same fluctuation. Make sure the wires are not ran by fluorescent bulbs/ and or the romex/BX that supplies the power. Good luck. -
No, but I am into that WiFi thing. Looks like a super unit.

Isn't a "Yagi" used for war driving?

I will take a look at paperwork. My boss gets all his equipment direct, so he gets rockbottom pricing.

I stand corrected.

We still have customers that use VCR's and they keep paying to fix. They could have bought 100 DVR's for what they charge to repair. Most of ours are the US Post Office Distribution Centers.

Scott Jones started the day early having set his alarm clock (MADE IN JAPAN) for 6am. While his coffeepot (MADE IN CHINA) was perking, he shaved with his electric razor (MADE IN HONG KONG). He put on a dress shirt (MADE IN SRI LANKA), designer jeans (MADE IN SINGAPORE) and tennis shoes (MADE IN KOREA). After cooking his breakfast in his new electric skillet (MADE IN INDIA) he sat down with his calculator (MADE IN MEXICO) to see how much he could spend today. After setting his watch (MADE IN TAIWAN) to the radio (MADE IN INDIA) he got in his car (MADE IN GERMANY) and continued his search for a good paying AMERICAN JOB. At the end of yet another discouraging and fruitless day, Scott Jones decided to relax for a while. He put on his sandals (MADE IN BRAZIL) poured himself a glass of wine (MADE IN FRANCE) and turned on his TV (MADE IN INDONESIA), and then wondered why he can't find a good paying job in AMERICA.
