    I have a small 4 channel card that came with PICO. Don't like the control panel and seems little short on features. Would like a better application with clearer options on alarms and viewing the recordings. Anyone with a suggestion?

    My DVR has a rs232 port and the spec says "RS-232 connector (ISP. For RD control)". What is that used for? I am looking for a way to connect a pc as a controller for the PTZ cameras. I want to use remote access to a pc next to the dvr for veiwing and controlling the cameras and backing up the recordings when the dvr is full. Have been looking for a pc application for controlling the ptzs but have not had any luck with that.

    Ultracctv Model#: DVR4220TN-USB-CDRW after buying the unit and trying to set it up we have had nothing but issues. The user interface is terrible. We cannot find support on the unit and find out how to work it properly. The play back is hard to locate items recorded and the dates and times seem to always be messed up. Any comments other then we bought a pile of junk whoudl be helpful.
