i have had another three with the paasword changed, lucky i found an online link to reset them instead of emailing hik and waiting

i have had a few older hikvision dvrs, saying incorrect user or password, even thoe its not been changed by me or customer, i have used an on line web page to genarate a rest code and used old sadp to reset and change, i allways change from default password when i install. has any one els come across this problem

hi im looking for some one with experience fixing heitel dvr, I have fitted a few of these transmitters and used to get technical help from martin finder , I believe he has moved on. one of the problems im having is no ptz from recorder, changed the 485 chip inside of the dvr but still no joy, done all the usual up dating software and so on, I have a few of these units so its in my interest to figure these faults an other is it not sending alarms even tho you can see the alarm change state on the screen compared and checked all the settings and alarm ip to monitoring station im quiet experience and done all you usual re setting rebooting up dating firmware and so on any help is most appreciated,

have a similar problem I wish to transmit 4 color cameras using transmitters and receivers , furthest camera will be 80 meters a way and thru 3 wall maximum, so looking at what options are available , mid priced , cheers

its a avtech 16 ch dvr, only refering to the j2000 cos thats what im used to fitting, the adtech shows the amout of hard drive space used in bytes, seems a good dvr and very fast live streeming over the net

just checking if i can find the start / begin date of the furthest recording , like on the j200 dvr , it has a begin date and an end date ( present ) and then you can serch any where in between or input exact date, i need to check the lenth of recording time , it is a 16 ch dvr with a 1000 gig hard drive and frame reate set to 25 basic recording, its the first one i have fitted so still learning about it
