Let me first say how glad I am to have found some forums that speak about Geovisions -- Took me a while to find it.
My friend, manager of a store, has Geovision GV-800 System. it works fine (system wise) and runs smoothly without any "lag".
Now when I opened up Geovision GV-800 system, it showed up as "View log 6.1" i don't know if this is the same thing or not.
The problem is this:
1) When you play back the recordings it plays it super fast. I understand why this would be needed but in his situation he needs to slow it down so he can send it to the authorities. How would I slow down the recordings so it plays it back in standard speed not fast nor sloooooow.
2) Before there used to be audio in the playbacks but now there isn't. My guess is that someone disabled it in the system settings. After poking around a little bit I found many things that could be the problem but I was not sure. And I did not want to play the guessing game with the options because I usually lose.
I hope there is someone here familiar with the software. Please let me know if you need any additional information to make this clear. Please respond ASAP because people are stealing things 24-7 and we can not get the system to get back on track.
