Hi, I have a Diginet working with one PTZ camera, controled by software via com1 port, and it works just fine. The problem is that this system is monitored via internet, and when I try to move the PTZ cam using center software, doesn't work at all. I'm using Pelco-D protocol for PTZ, my center soft. version is 4.13, I've checked and disabled all firewalls in both Site and center, but no good. Please help! Thanks

probably firewall settings, in your server PC or remote PC.

Hi guys, I've got 2 PC working with Kodicom 880 cards, and Diginet Site V. 4.16, connected to LAN. I monitor them from ops. room with dedicated PCs, one for each DVR. The problem is that, at the beginning, it worked just fine, but then started to disconnect form server, showing an error message, and the only way to reconnect is to close DiginetCenter (after close windows says it crashed), and open again & connect. But from 5 to 40 minutes later, the error message saying that the software disconnects reapears. I've reinstalled Diginet Center and same problem. I hope you can give me some guidence on this because I have no idea what could be. Thanks
