EyeCam 9480 Remote Access - Need Help

I have the same exact problem. I can get to the web page from the outside fine. But I can't seem to get any users logged in to remotely view the video. Same thing for the the remote client. No matter what I do, I always get "Login has failed". Help! TonyG
