    NovoSun CyeWeb supports Hik cards and at the same time many other IP cams including Arecont Vision. There are also some other software can do the same. HiK MD card can decode Hik data (from Hik's card, DVS or IP cam) only and supports resolution at most 4CIF.

    I guess you are looking for china-make alarm box supporting protocol like DCtrls. I am not sure if you can get one on the web. You can try to google the protocol name and find a dealer.

    novosun's support to hikvision card is one of the best, especially the dual stream. The con is that it still doesn't support hik's decode card. Google the web you can find many hik card dealers.
