hye everyone...
i`ve started run my shop since 6years ago with surveilance system provided by the low-profile securty company.now,the company was gone bcoz couldn`t handle its bancruptcy last 2 years.in the mean time,my surveilance system still working as normal.
however,my problem began last week when suddenly my surveilance system can`t be used anymore bcoz my computer doesn`t working properly.while reinstalling new XP in my computer by one of half-skillful staff , i notified that our old hdd can`t be detected,so i decided to buy new one to fix it.
now,my computer`s problem has been fixed but i still can not get this software of Geovision GV800 D-Type for my shop`s surveilance system.
any help would be appreciated if someone who is willingto help me get out form my problem.

unfortunately i couldn`t recognize any serial number on the but if someone could tell how to get these capture device`s manual and it would be helpful to understand better how to mapping the device later.
