Trying to find a bios upgrade for TDR-8900 eight channel DVR the existing bios dates to 2003 and is version 1.6 Searched all over the net without success can anyone help?

This camera is a NTSC model running on 12v dc 50hz UK frequency the manual states: This product can operate on both DC12V and AC24V. When operated on AC24V, either internal or external power frequency synchronization method can be selected as a vertical synchronization method. Does this mean on 24v ac that the frequency can be adjusted within the setup menu to eliminate the vetical sync problem? thanks paul

Hi I wonder if anyone can help with this, every function on the DVR works ok from the network, but the motion detection screen is in reverse, the monitor which is connected directly to the TDR-800 DVR shows the correct detection area how can this be resolved do wires in the network cable need to be reversed if so which ? I am using a standard Intelinet patch cable CAT 6
