Hello I am installing a system with the Aviz T8 Fingerprint, but I can not connect to the PC. I am using the TTL port through a Max232 to connect with the PC using the RS232 PC Port. The problem ocurrs when I try to connect from the Software "T8 Management Software V1.0". I add a new terminal, using the serial of the device, but I get the error "Management Password Error". I am sure that the cable and the port are OK, because I can get bidirectional communication when I try to connect to T8. Thank you in advance.
