OK. I'm using two different viewers now and neither will connect. I have this DVR connected to my LAN and I've reset the password to 1111. I've tried using both viewers with ADMIN, MANAGER, and USER 1 to no avail. Any ideas? I'm sure there is specific software I should use for this.

One last thing, does anyone have the viewer software for this DVR? I'm trying to use "Remote DVR Client - V 2.61" but I'm unable to connect? Any suggestion - this DVR doesn't appear to be web based.
