Thanks for the reply "Pik" yes I can when I go into "Minicentre" and I can manually set CM300 to record from them. Yes the "Receive alarm" box is ticked... I just never get any Events showing in the main screen.... Is there a setting in the DVR to send the alrms to CM3000?

Can anyone give me any pointers on getting the CM300 software going with my EB1304NET. It isn't receiving the alarms/video from the DVR. I've read the manual and it says to make sure the DVR knows to send the video to the CMS Software but I can find a setting for it. Any ideas fellas?

managed to stumble through it.. and can se it on dyndns.....

An update.. I can use remote console now but cant see it using dyndns.... I am sure im missing something easy here.... thanks for any help

hi fellas. I've just installed a Avermedia 1304NET in my house and have it setup and running great. now I would like the remote viewing setup so I can check it out at work. Problem is I cant even see it on my LAN.. I have set the network settings in the 1304 to DCHP and reserved the IP 192.168.0.2 for it in the router. When i goto the IP in IE (run in administrator mode) I get the enter username and password box. but when I enter User - 111111 it comes back with wrong username or password. I'm in the UK, using Vista 64 and A SKY Sagem Router. Thanks for any help with this.... As an addition to this... I have connected using the firmware update software on port 5005... I have setup dyndns and have forwarded the ports.... and i'm still stuck....

Hi folks. I'm SteveOh and I'm in the UK. Always wanted CCTV to see what happens around my house on a night and finally got around to installing it. now I cant get the thing to work.... hehe.. Hopefully I can find answers in the threads... cya about....
