I bought this dvr used and it worked for a year, than the hard drive crashed and I had to reformat and install the win 2k pro. Now I am having trouble installing the dss1000 software. It goes thru the installation procedure and everything. When I try to run the software, it says some files are missing or damaged. I tried to reinstall number of times and it says the same thing. Any help is appreciated. TIA.
