  1. hi, for such application you simply need the 10/100 Fast Ethernet Fiber converter. I would suggest to go with Singlemode fiber as it wont affect the cost of the equipment a lot, but yet you got a robust fiber for further more information if needed. Alvin

    compare fiber to twisted cable, people seem to think its just another media. We have many project references and understand the things that need to be cautious at the design stage. In short things you need to consider is type of fiber that is suitable for the project, nodes where the cable will be terminated, the location of the camera relative to the fiber termination point. Distance of the fiber needed. Network architect of the fiber (ring, point to point, point to multipoint etc).
