eyemac DVR 9000 MDVR won't display video

Hello, I have a client who has the eyemax dvr 9000 series MDVR software on multiple computers. All but one of the computers works properly. The system that is not working will only display video in the large single window, but when you switch to multiple cams, it will not display the video. Any suggestions? Thanks so much... Garry
