  3. Hi, I am using a Axis Q1755 camera to drive a pan/tilt via RS485. Six products work fine. The problem: with two Q1755 pan/tilt move in the wrong direction (both pan and tilt) Pan/tilt works fine with other Q1755 (or RS485 direct-wired with keyboard control). Problem is camera setup I have tried Q1755 PTZ flip setup (check "flip pan" and "flip tilt" to change direction). Direction don't change! Does anyone have any experince with Q1755 to drive a pan/tilt ? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Hi I need to buy an AC 24 V to DC 12 V power supply converter for a DC 12 V camera. I saw a little unit in a small plastic enclosure (approx. 90 x 30 x 30 mm) but I don't remember any information about model or manufacturer. Any suggestion? It's for a little DC 12 V camera (max 600 mA) Thanks

    desert extreme conditions eclosure

Hi Zyrius, cooled system for sealed housings works with compressed air (Vortex tube) or water/liquid. I suggest an IP67 alluminium or stainless steel camera housing with sunshield. This solution does not require compressed air or water. Sunshield creates an air gap around the housing that remove the heat from sun radiation. Aluminum or stainless steel are good thermal conductor. Sometimes the fan is useful because it makes uniform the temperature even inside an IP67 housing.
