Hi, I have 2 questions about my newly acquired AV 760.

 

1. The box to enter my FTP username is too small for me to enter the whole name. ie my username appears to have too many characters for it. What can I do?

 

2. I've entered the correct info into the email server settings etc and also set it to 'event record' but nothing! What am I missing here?

1. perhaps there's an FTP equivalent to tinyURL.com

 

2. did you check the relevant boxes under "alarm" from Video Server E?
