Does anyone have any rentals paid information for security cameras mounted on electricity or other installations (e.g. light poles, buildings, HV Towers etc)? joe4 0 Posted November 16, 2004 Rentals Paid? Do you mean what it cost to lease public access such as a power pole? In Houston Texas there are company's that deal just with "roof rate" for placement of equipment on private buildings roofs. If you want to use the power poles you have to strike a deal with the city and the power company for a lease. The power company owns the poles and cable TV people lease there use.
