Thanks in advance for any help. lucan138 can't be sure but if you have a lithium backup on the processor board, you may find a reset switch or jumper to disable battery this should reset firmware to factory specs (providing defalt is "static")keep in mind this action may void any warranties Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Thanks in advance for any help. lucan138 If you have access to the DVR, enter the menu, look for system, then look for network, there you will be able to change system back to static.
