id2003 0 Posted March 30, 2008 Please help me decide. I am looking at the following: CoviSec Alcatraz ALD-810, CCTV imports DVR915 (EP) 9 Channel, 808 (EG) 8 Channel MPEG4 DVR W/ CD Writer. Anyone have pros or cons on these? Features I consider most important: 8 or 9 channel, JPEG2000 & h.264, remote access via static IP on DSL through an Apple extreme base station router, external alarm trigger (motion detect not as important), RS485 camera control, prefer DVD writer built in.
