tpolus 0 Posted March 31, 2008 Geovision Support says GV250 will not work with IP cameras.... Is that true, can any of you guys verify this? PS. I know GV250 is obsolete, but hundreds of customers bought them thinking they will get IP cameras support in future...
Orion 0 Posted March 31, 2008 With Geos IP cam I don't know but with third part IP cams it shouldn't matter because you will need an IP dongle anyway.

Guest Posted April 1, 2008 tpolus! The Geovision series you can divide into 4 groups: GV-250 GV-600 til GV-800 GV-1120 til GV-1480 GV-2004 & GV-2008 These 4 groups are very much simillar but also have some differences that makes them quite different. One reason that GV-250 is not supporting IP-Cam is that GV-250 will be discontinued and therefore it would not be economic to use resources to develop new features. JD Geovision Support says GV250 will not work with IP cameras.... Is that true, can any of you guys verify this? PS.
