emholic 0 Posted April 18, 2008 Hey Guys, I was contacted by a rep from Bolide Tech. They have a H.264 Stand Alone DVR that they say is a great unit. Have you heard anything about them? I heard these units produce a blocky play back? Also, IC Realtime has an H.264, what r the differences? thanks
scorpion 0 Posted April 18, 2008 I am not familiar with the one that you provided a link for, but the ICRealtime DVR will knock your socks off while watching the DVR over the internet!!!!
securitymonster 0 Posted April 18, 2008 Yes, stick with ICRealtime. The quality and price doesn't get any better in my opinion. I've ran some H.264 units from Argus and I wasn't impressed.

Smit9352 0 Posted April 28, 2008 I got a 4channel H.264 unit that works well but I only have it in a 4 channel currently with a DVI/S-Video/VGA and BNC out. Also I copied a portion of the nighttime video on the unit and uploaded it here http://www.mediafire.com/?wdbjsk1t1vs as far as the video in the day goes the only file I have is 114MB so it'd take a while to upload or to split it up. If you want more info on it tho it's listed here Link here... Thanks, John
