kodicom dvr card freezing at load main module

I just upgraded from a 16 port to a two 8 card kodicom cards and it is freezing at load main module- if it does not freeze it reboots.

any ideas out there?

there is two netdvr8016-4400-816 cards- and im using diginet- version

Where did you get the idea you could use 2 16 channel cards in the same computer. I have not seen this listed as an option before. Where did you buy the cards.

And yes you can use two cards- 8 channels each- to make each camera 30 frames- works good and I bought the cards here in Miami Florida.

not 2 cards 16 channels each, sorry if I mislead you- the problem anyways was with one of the cards----
