Actually, I just tried it on the bench, and it turned 90 degrees in 17 seconds, so that's a little over 5 degrees a second. How fast do the rotating brackets for CCTV turn? atropine 0 Posted April 30, 2008 The problem is that they lack 'proportinal zoom pan/tilt' , that is the pan/tilt speed is the same no matter weather you're wide angle or zoomed in a 30x.
