Wave-P ETHER 10104 help

hi all,

 

i have just purchased the above card, but the problem i have, it wont record any sound.

 

my pc components are,

 

Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E4500 2.2GHz, 800MHz FSB, 2MB Cache

Genuine Windows Vista ® Home Premium

1GB Memory

250GB Hard Drive

Intel Graphics Media950

 

 

once i go into the main options on the software, the options for sound recording are all grey ( ie, i cant access them ),

 

i have tried putting the mic into the front slot on the pc, but to no avail.

 

it records the 2 camera's i have fitted to it, without any problem.

 

can anyone help please?
