Daruhshie 0 Posted May 1, 2008 I've installed the EB1304 NET and it's working perfectly, now I'm trying to get the remote access to work but the DVR doesn't pick up the IP from my router. Anyone have a clue? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I've tried doing that but it automaticly jumps back to DHCP giving me a faulty ip 196.xxx.xxx.xxx Router is the B-Box provided by Belgacom also tried a Philips with the same result. sajaan458 0 Posted May 22, 2008 I have sold 100s of EB1304net and I never had problem getting it connected to the Internet from remote access. I have used both DHCP and Static IP address... I have also use DDNS on it and it works just fine. You might have defective unit. Try calling the company you bought the unit from and maybe they can help you out.
