Get 0x80004002 on Motorola Moto Q

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am trying to get 3G live viewing functioning on my Motorola Moto Q. I get this error when trying to get "live" 3G streaming video. Cams are processed with H.264 codec.

I get thru all the screens to finally see live and I get the error . I receive JPEG images fine.

Besides the normal ports, I also have ports 8554 and 17300-17380 port forwarded.

I suspect I have not downloaded and installed the GView program from the 8.2 DVD into the Moto Q properly?

Patience is definitely a virtue!

Thanks in advance,

Rick

Update:

Tried installing GView to Moto Q and got an error the GV software is not compatible with phone. Although it is a Windows mobile equipped Motorla phone

Anyway...

Phones goes through the log-in and says user ID or Password error although I am using the same Admin credentials I set the DVR up with.

Any ideas? Anyone?

I have several DVR's I can test phone with. Some are 8.01 some are 8.2 version. Versions with 8.2 I have ports 8866, 8554, and 17300-17380 forwarded in router. (Not accessing Rpb yet.) Version 8.01 only 8554 and 17300-17380.

So to summarize:

8.20 version software

webcam running w/3GPP and mobile server checked

TCP running

Mcast running

CV2 running

Ports in router forwarded to DVR's hardbound IP:

80

3550

3650

4550

5545-5550

5066

8554

8866

17300-17380 both TCP and UDP

ALL other services work great including CenterV2 remote monitoring service.

Again, I can view JPEG images.

Do I need to switch codec over Mpeg4?

Any ideas?

Andy?

Thanks,

Rick

it is possible that you are install PDA viewer V2? you should install Gv microsoft Smartphone viewer V2 for windows based phone. and I think that you can view 3g live without to install viewer. Jus type youre adress in phone browser and you got the option 3g. Try it.
