Geovision 1480 keeps auto switching views.

I am trying to just monitor the output from a single cam, but the software keeps flipping back to the 16x view without any user input.

 

Anyone know why or how to fix this?

Dear White,

 

Are you using GV1480 TV out function?

If you are, please check the following.

 

In the GeoVision software...

Click Configure icon >> Accessory >> DSP Spot Monitor

Spot Monitor Controller window pops up.

Choose Video Setting tag >> Select Scan by " Manual ".

Click OK to save the setting...

On the top right hand side of GeoVision software.

There is scanning button for TV-Out. By default, this button is in yellow and scanning function is on. Please click this the scanning button in order to turn off the scanning function.

 

After above steps, how is everything now?
