zako 0 Posted May 20, 2008 I am facing a problem with one of my XM3116 that i am unable to connect to it using the remote software all thou there are not IT related problems such as firewall, configurations or port it just not allowing connection and it display Fail to connect. anyone has the upgrade firmware image for this type of DVR?
