Brunothepro 0 Posted May 20, 2008 I am trying to get POS data from both the Verifone Sapphire and Topaz systems with no luck. The traditional POS capture box placement results in the printer not working. I am using the Aver Data Capture Box on one system and the GV- Data Capture V3E on the other. sajaan458 0 Posted May 22, 2008 I had some problem getting AVerMedia's POS box to work with Ruby Verifone. If you are working with Ruby Gas station POS, then contact www.AVerMedia-DVR.com. After spending days on troubleshooting, I talk Sonny at CCTVMegaStore and he was able to help me by getting me couple adaptor, which made my AVerDigi POS box to work with Ruby. reelescape 0 Posted February 12, 2010 I'm looking to integrate the avermedia capture to the Ruby system as well anyone know what adapters we are talking about here?? I have placed the box between the 25 pin connector and the printer and tried all the options for communications on the lastest software revision James is telling me its no compatible??????
