DeathtoToasters1 0 Posted May 31, 2008 Hi There, I am a new Geovision 1480 user and everything seems to be installed, I am seeing the video and everything. I have 7 cameras and 2 of them are PTZ. The issue I am having is this. On every computer I am using otherwise then the MAIN Server directly, I am getting frame rates of 1-6 fps. I am sure as I have some settings wrong because I have not read any recent threads talking about this horrible FPS rate. Can anyone help? The system is a 3 ghz with 3 Gigs or RAM. Also it is a Raid 5 system with 10 RPM drives. So I don't think the actual system is slowing things down. Thoughts? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
ezCCTV 0 Posted June 2, 2008 Are you talking about frame rates through the WebCam MultiView application? What codec are you recording in? What resolution are you recording in? Are you recording on motion or round the clock? Are you accessing the system through the LAN or over a WAN connection? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
