Do you guys think the IC Realtime FLEX16 R30 is the best DVR? You will be able to clearly see faces over remote internet viewing?

Depending on the camera/lighting you will get an awesome picture!

It is def one of my favorite DVRs for the price.

There are better/more expensive DVRS (DM).

I am glad that you are aware of the R30 upgrade. That makes the DVR an awesome device!

During playback you can only see two cameras at one time. You can toggle the camera buttons to move your "view" around.

I just wanted to make sure you were aware of that. Other then that it gets a two thumbs up rating!

No such thing as the "best" DVR.

There are great ones and there are bad ones, and even some inbetweens, but in most cases it simply depends on what features one needs, and what one can afford.

Can you view all the cameras over the internet at once or just 2? Is there a next step up? What exactly is the R30? Do you sell this scorpion?

You can view all of the cameras, but during playback you will only have two camera views due to bandwith limitations.

If you want to see all 16 cameras over the internet at the same time then perhaps you will want a Dedicated Micros Sprite II DVR.

The Flex DVR does not provide 30 FPS out of the box to provide a cheaper option. The R30 ungrade provides the 30FPS across all channels, and this will cost you a little bit more.

Yes, I do sell this DVR. Perhaps You would prefer to buy from a local dealer in your neighborhood who can provide you with tech support should something go wrong, or you have a question about the operation of the equipment. I am not trying to weasle out of the purchase, as I would love to be your "preferred" dealer.

You can find them cheaper on the internet then what I can sell to you at, but then again they will lack tech support. If tech support is of the essence then perhaps you should look at my website, and see if this meets your standard for help, and support before you buy.

When you buy from someone else then call their telephone number. Do they answer? Send them an email. How long does it take them to respond. Do they respond at all? Is that dealer a member of this forum, or do they buy in large bulk, and sell cheap, and sacrifice the tech support team to make up the margin?

How do you know that I am trustworthy?? Always trust, but always verify!

I can sell that one as well, but I do not have a lot of experience with it.

I just wish AVTech would get on the band wagon with the server, and the software, and create a product that would knock your socks off!

What is wrong with a $5000.00 DM 16 ch Sprite II DVR (retail)??

if you used the features in that Nubix, you will laugh at some of the others. It has some cons though and those are also listed.
