You forgot someone trying to hand draw the image using crayons! Seriously, as I mentioned, there is debate about what is the right Kell factor to use. But it is important to note, as Kell did, that we are not attempting to take a picture of a static image with 100% stationary camera (i.e. no movement or vibration). But if this is bothersome still, folks can simply use Nyquist rule and assume that you need 2X the sample rate to achieve X amount of detail. It would be a conservative estimate but defensible.
