Help in choosing Nuvico CB-SD3895N-L or Eclipse ECl-598HIM

I am new in this and I plan to buy one of these two cameras the Eclipse ECL-598HIM or Nuvico CB-SD3895N-L. I thank any comment on these cameras to decide which to buy.
