littlemesters 0 Posted July 3, 2008 Hello from Sheffield, UK. I have just purchased an Avtech AVI321 IP dome camera and wondered if anyone can solve a problem. I have a wireless router and the camera comes to this. The software recognises the camera's IP address but will not connect to it. Initially I had no problem but once I set it scanning to 4 presets I've never been able to connect back up to it. Even when I power the camera down and restart it goes back to scanning the 4 presets. kalpesh_nikumbh 0 Posted July 14, 2008 your proble is solved by the time??? does it show's video loss during the switch over between preset positions?? may be due to that the connectivity is affecting and you r not able to connect ..hence could not control.... some cameras could not restores the control even small videoloss occurs!!!
