Has Anyone Tried A Camera With The Sony ICX638AKA(Sony Super Had II),I Recently Received An e-Mail With 3 Camera Types,1 Large Bullet & 2 Domes,540 Lines,100 And 300Ft.IR Range,Mechanical Cut Filter.Though Not A Big Fan Of LED,I Do Use D/N With Ex-View.I Know Ex-View Is Twice As Sensitive As Super Had But What About Super Had II ?

Thank You Moderator,But I've Already Done My Research,What I Wanted To Know Was If Anybody Has Any Dealings With A Camera That Incorporated This Chip.Again Thanks For You Feedback.

I've used them, and I wasn't that impressed. I prefer the Exview. But, that is just my humble opinion. Exview was much better overall. To each his own though...

Hey Bulletproof Tell Me The Model# So I Can Be Sure WE Are Talking About The Same Thing! I Would Like To See The Specs.I Thought I Would Get A More Positive Response,So Please Reply With Camera Make And Model # So I Can Be Sure, O K! Just Want To Verify.

iThink bullet proof Just made his quote to me just to get to "dealers only" he Does Not respond and it was his 25th Reply,I Don't believe he ever used a camera with this chip in it!!

I don't check this EVERDAY "armyof one"...I have a life and a business to run. And with your attitude, perhaps you need to do this research on your own. Yes, I have tried the new generation Sony CCD II chip. It was in a generic Sony camera given to me by a manufacturer's rep to try. I couldn't see a big difference or justify the price they will want. I am simply not one of the "big fish". I still think the Exview is more cost effective for me...Since you seem to know it all, then why do you need anyone else's input ???
