looking for build a good system

Hi people,

 

i would like to create a good system who have

 

▪ 6 CAM (4 outdoor(1 dome) and 2 indoor)

▪ all connected to one PC

 

a good sofwtare who do :

▪focus on cam where there are move

▪goodly stream video onto VLC or what ever.

▪send email,sms on move

▪save recording on a FTP server

▪able to guide the dome.

 

 

so the question what is the best way to do that ?

 

IP cam ? DVR pci card ? which software ?
