Converting Geovision Mpeg4 ASP & H264 files into std fil

Hi!

 

I need to convert some video files recorded in Geovision H264 and Mpeg4 ASP into a standard Windows video file or Quicktime for a TV show.

 

Anyone have any idea how too do this?
