Help remote viewing via dial-up

halo all,

 

I had diginet DVR and i can remote viewing via dial-up (modem to modem).

BUT this is only work in "one city" or the same phone "code area".

 

If i call from other city "the server not respond".

other city means is : different phone "code area".

 

Iam using windows XP "network connection" to connect the computer.

 

is there any extra setting on modem to make server respond from different area code ?
