Panasonic WV-NP472 network camera

Any feed back on this camera? I need a WDR camera for a job and I came across this one.

It's a nice cam and I feel your pain it's kinda in a niche in the IP cam world and further totally sucks in megapixel world.

 

It's basically the best you are going to find, compare your bang:buck against a regular 484 and a streamer though.

I was think about using a server but I might have to make changes to the camera after it is installed so I would like to be able to remote into the camera instead of pulling out my 22' extension ladder and a test monitor. I like making adjustments from my chair in my office instead of a ladder.

 

The only 2 cameras I could find are the Panasonic and the Bosch. Panasonic is the only one that will work with Video Insight.

Me personally I would rather have the ABF of the analog version then having it all integrated as one. It's basically a set it and forget it camera you shouldn't need to be making changes to it after it's installed.
