SeanDuvall 0 Posted September 6, 2008 I have just purchased and linked up an AV760 - Model 3. Everything works great but when I backup recordings they always appear as a split screen showing all four cameras. If I play them on the box itself I can switch between the four cameras so I now they are recorded separately. What I need is to be able to backup the 4 cameras individually. I feel sure this most be possible. Can anyone help please? Thanks
davec 0 Posted September 6, 2008 Go into config - network - backup. Lets you backup recorded video one channel at a time. (Video Server E) Hope this helps. Dave
SeanDuvall 0 Posted September 7, 2008 Thanks for the reply I think the problem is the selection of "frame" or "cif". If I select "cif" I get all 4 channels everytime I use the backup regardless of the channel I select. It appears that if I use "frame" I get the 4 channels separately. I just hope I still get 25fps on all 4 channels if I use "frame". The manual isn't very clear on it. Does anyone know what "cif" stands for?

SeanDuvall 0 Posted September 9, 2008 Thanks for the links. It would appear that I don't get 25fps when I use "frame" and more than one channel. Very dissapointing. If anyone had been able to use the AV760 to record 25fps at full size for all four channels I would appreciate information on how they achieved it.
scorpion 0 Posted September 10, 2008 It appears that you are recording PAL 25IPS. (Frame). IPS per channel = RECORD IPS ÷ 4 channels = 6.25 per channel. I just hope I still get 25fps on all 4 channels if I use "frame". The manual isn't very clear on it. Number 10, page 15. _____________________________________________________________ CIF PAL 100IPS ÷ 4 channels = 25IPS per channel.
SeanDuvall 0 Posted September 10, 2008 That is true, but when I select CIF and 100fps I cannot download the channels individually. Whether I select Channel 1,2,3 or 4 I always get the split screen downloaded showing all channels.
