Meridian 0 Posted September 16, 2008 By mistake we loaded an 8 Ch firmware upgrade files on to a 4 ch DVR. What happens next was the screen turned permanently Blue & periodic beep sound is coming out of the DVR. After loading f/w files we turned the DVR off & than turned it on again but only blue screen is there, no menu or anything. We really appreciate help. Best wishes Tanveer Did you try downloading the correct firmware for the unit? www.j2ksupport.com is where I know the files are hosted typically. Good luck tho, because the last time I flashed the wrong firmware on one of those dvr's I ended up making a door stop out of it.
