dbennett 0 Posted September 19, 2008 Hi all, Our system stopped responding to camera movement commands. Presently, we can see that the geovision usb box lights are flashing on the tx each time we click to move the camera or inniate a preset scan but no movement is seen in the camera. We are using geovision multicam software with the gv-800_4A and 2 pelco cameras. The system worked great for a year and then just stopped. When we went and looked into the issue, we found the control wire had fallen out of the Geovision usb box. Putting the black and red wires back in and rebooting had no effect. Reversing wires and rebooting had no effect. Changing usb ports greys out the cameral controls, even after reboot.
